Delete your account
In the app
- Open Stick Math and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom.
- Confirm your sign in. Your account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Send a deletion request through the contact form with the email or sign in method your account uses. We delete it for you, the same way the app does.
What is deleted
- Your account record and synced progress.
- Your sign in account.
- Your place in every multiplayer room, your results in their rounds, and rooms where you were the only member. If a round is still running, the app asks you to finish it first.
- Progress, player name and block list saved on the device you delete from.
What is kept
- Anonymous gameplay counts in Google Analytics, deleted automatically after 14 months.
- Support emails and player or puzzle reports, until they are dealt with.
- Your account id, with no name, in the ready list of rounds already played. It no longer belongs to any account. Ask us if you want it removed.
Playing as a guest? Your progress never leaves your device. Clear the app's storage or uninstall it to remove it. More in the Privacy Policy.
